Systems within systems, what happens in one system impacts others, it is an aspect of reality the tribal thinking human fails to see. The destruction of rain forest in Brazil impacts the polar bear in Greenland. What happens to Greece ripples out to the USA.
Exactly. This is like talking about evolution, one thing leads to another; one thing has an affect and effect on another (without necessarily delving into the concept of cause and effect–which by the way do not have to follow the other in a linear manner), or like talking about quantum entanglement, if you will. Exactly, when acres are decimated to make way for more urbanization, the entire planet is effected no matter how small, but after many years that small effect can become quite large (i.e., chaos theory). This is an idea that current (yet, so ancient in mentality and popular will and consciousness) have discarded.
